		<description>Hi Chip

Thanks for this. Don't worry, there is a *lot* happening, in particular around the HumanEdj software (the reference implementation of a HIMS).

In fact, so much is going on that I haven't had time to write my blog for a while.

Until I get back to the blog, you can catch up with developments in HIM via my bi-monthly columns for www.bptrends.com (search the site for harrison-broninski).

And I will make developments around HumanEdj public as soon as possible.

All the best

<description>Read the book, tried the software, joined the Google group -- I'm a believer! Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be much activity around HumanEdj or this blog. Have you moved on to other things? I'm hoping the flame is still burning! Please post again soon.</description>

<description>Yes, I have, Eric - my recommendations for how to achieve this are captured in the GOOD methodology associated with HIM (see the HIM Web site: &lt;a href="http://human-interaction-management.info)." rel="nofollow"&gt;http://human-interaction-management.info).&lt;/a&gt; I will be discussing the details in this blog series - stay tuned!
All the best

<description>I agree with transparency and small incremental changes in helping bring about change. So often organizations want to go transform themselves or implement a new process overnight.
You talk a bit about requirements in context of domain model process architecture and organizational structure. I'd be curious how you see organizations mapping their requirements to core values, strategic plans and vision. Have you seen examples where these are formally included in the process?

		<description>Dave
How is moving "mundane" details into supporting text making things clearer? Especially when they are not "mundane" at all.
With your approach, one might as well abandon diagramming altogether and go back to writing procedure documents!
All the best
Keith
